Speciality

Women's Health

Pregnancy, gynaecology and hormone health — with
one doctor who knows your story.

Overview

Pregnancy care, gynaecology, fertility guidance and menopause support — with the same doctor from first scan to follow-up.

Women’s health at Longevia is built around continuity. The specialist who confirms your pregnancy is the one who scans you at 20 weeks, delivers your care plan and sees you through your postnatal recovery — so nothing has to be re-explained at any point.
Consultations run longer by design, in-house ultrasound means most answers arrive the same visit, and our day-care suite handles the smaller procedures that once meant a hospital admission.

What is the primary approach to managing PCOS at Longevia?

PCOS management at Longevia pairs targeted medical care with personalized lifestyle strategies. We thoroughly evaluate insulin resistance, metabolic markers, and hormone levels, focusing on sustainable nutrition, cycle restoration, weight balance, and ovarian health rather than solely prescribing temporary contraceptive pills.

You should consult our gynaecologist if your menstrual cycles are shorter than 21 days, exceed 35 days, or stop completely. Sudden irregular spotting, debilitating cramps, or heavy flow soaking through pads hourly always warrant a timely clinical evaluation and scan.

Women aged 21 to 29 should schedule a Pap test every three years. Between ages 30 and 65, we recommend Pap and high-risk HPV co-testing every five years, ensuring reliable early detection and proactive protection against cervical precancerous cell changes.

Yes. Longevia offers same-day transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic ultrasound scans directly at our Seegehalli, Whitefield clinic. You receive immediate, reassuring diagnostic clarity for pelvic pain, fibroids, or ovarian concerns during your consultation without needing travel to external diagnostic imaging labs.
